In 1988, Penny and her family settled in Paul's Valley, Oklahoma, where she began working at a small barber shop called Phase II. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to expand her presence, first to Valley Plaza and later to downtown Paul's Valley. In 2003, she founded the Penny Miller Cosmetology Academy, a cornerstone of her legacy, dedicated to empowering aspiring beauty professionals through comprehensive education and hands-on training.
