Penny Miller is a distinguished figure in the beauty industry, with a career spanning over four decades. Beginning her journey in 1982, Penny has excelled as a stylist, salon owner, instructor, and cosmetology school owner, leaving an indelible mark on the field through her dedication, expertise, and passion for education.

Penny's commitment to professional growth is evident in her extensive training with renowned industry leaders, including FSI, Sebastian, John Paul Mitchell Systems, Bain de Terre, Wella, Matrix, Mary Kay Beauty, SpaGirl, Image Cosmetics, and American Crew. This diverse educational background has equipped her with a deep understanding of beauty techniques and trends, which she has shared with countless students and professionals.

In 1988, Penny and her family settled in Paul's Valley, Oklahoma, where she began working at a small barber shop called Phase II. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to expand her presence, first to Valley Plaza and later to downtown Paul's Valley. In 2003, she founded the Penny Miller Cosmetology Academy, a cornerstone of her legacy, dedicated to empowering aspiring beauty professionals through comprehensive education and hands-on training.

Penny's love for learning is matched only by her passion for helping others achieve their goals in the beauty industry. Through her academy and mentorship, she has inspired and guided numerous individuals to succeed in their careers, fostering a community of skilled and confident professionals.
