Beginning her journey in 1982, Penny has excelled as a stylist, salon owner, instructor, and cosmetology school owner, leaving an indelible mark on the field through her dedication, expertise, and passion for education.

Penny's commitment to professional growth is evident in her extensive training with renowned industry leaders, including FSI, Sebastian, John Paul Mitchell Systems, Bain de Terre, Wella, Matrix, Mary Kay Beauty, SpaGirl, Image Cosmetics, and American Crew. In 1988, Penny and her family settled in Paul's Valley, Oklahoma, where she began working at a small barber shop called Phase II.
