Our Story
In 1988, Penny Miller and her family settled in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. What began as a small position at a local barber shop grew into a thriving career as a stylist and salon owner. Driven by her passion for education and mentorship, Penny founded Penny Miller Cosmetology Academy in 2003.
With decades of experience and advanced training from top industry leaders, Penny brings her expertise directly into the classroom as your Master Instructor. Her vision was simple: create a small, personal beauty school where every student receives individualized attention and real-world experience.
